FAQ
How far in advance do I need to order custom cookies?
I require at least two weeks advance notice of your event/holiday. This allows time to check calendar availability, design, bake, and decorate your cookies. This does not guarantee availability. Sometimes our cookie calendar books months in advance, so we advise to contact us as early as possible.
Do you offer rush ordering?
I do not process any orders with a lead time of less than 2 weeks. It takes great time and detail when creating custom cookies, and rushing an order could negatively effect any part of the cookie process.
Do you offer shipping or delivery?
No, I currently do not offer shipping or delivery. All cookie orders must be picked up in Chino, California, at a predetermined date/time.
Do your cookies taste as good as they look?
Our clients love the taste of our cookies! They are vanilla sugar cookies, made with real vanilla beans (you'll be able to see those tiny specs in the cookies!)... and the royal icing is vanilla as well. When royal icing dries, it is firm and has a "crunch" like texture. (Opposed to say, buttercream frosting, which is soft and pillowy) This allows us to create details in the cookies, and package them individually without ruining their designs. But, yes, they are delicious! So, don't just stare at them- take a bite!
Do your cookies contain dairy?
Yes, they contain eggs and butter.
Are your cookies gluten-free?
No, they are made with wheat flour.
Are your cookies peanut-free?
Although the cookies themselves do not contain nuts, we cannot guarantee that they are peanut-free. All cookies are made in a permitted Cottage Food home kitchen. Consumers should be aware that the cookies made in this kitchen are made with food allergens, including, but not limited to, dairy, nuts, eggs, and gluten. We can not guarantee zero cross-contamination with other food allergens.
What is the best way to store the cookies?
After receiving your cookies, store them at room temperature. Avoid leaving them in hot places, such as inside a car or under the sun.
How long are the cookies good for?
Cookies will stay fresh in their unopened package for 5 days after their receipt.
What if I don't eat my cookies within 5 days? Can I freeze them?
Yes! Freezing is recommended after 5 days. Place your unopened cookies inside a plastic freezer Ziploc bag, and place them in your freezer. When you are ready to eat them, take the Ziploc bag out of the freezer and place it on top of your counter for about 4 hours. Do not open the Ziploc bag. Make sure to leave the unopened cookies inside the freezer bag while they thaw. This will help avoid excessive amounts of condensation to form and ruin the icing on your cookies. After about 4 hours of thawing, your cookies will be ready to eat!
Do you have an Instagram account?
